Tom Chapman

Tom was named the Executive Director of the Iowa Catholic Conference in 2007. The Iowa Catholic Conference is the public policy agency of the Catholic bishops of Iowa.
Before his service at the Catholic Conference, Tom spent 16 years working for the Diocese of Des Moines in several roles including director of communications, editor of The Catholic Mirror newspaper, and chancellor. As chancellor, Tom assisted the bishop with the administration of the diocesan staff and pastoral planning in the diocese.

Sue Ann  joined the conference in May 2020  after working 20 years for the
Diocese of Des Moines.  Sue Ann provides support for all activities of the Iowa Catholic Conference, including business affairs and administering the
unemployment insurance program for Iowa’s Catholic Schools.

Paul Jahnke

Paul has worked for the Iowa Catholic Conference since 2004. He manages the unemployment insurance program for the Catholic schools throughout the state.
